The two forms
With DAC: binds albumin, greatly extended half-life.
Without DAC (also called mod GRF 1-29): short-acting, essentially sermorelin-like in duration.
These are pharmacologically different products sold under the same name. Confirm which form is being discussed before assuming anything about duration of action.
