We don't answer dosing questions
Not because we're being cagey. Because a number given to a stranger online, with no body weight, no health history, no idea what else they're taking, isn't advice — it's a guess wearing a confident tone.
The question we get the most
It's also the one question we will never answer — not because we don't know the number people are looking for, but because answering it for a stranger online is the actual problem.
Why a number isn't an answer
Dosing depends on body weight, health history, what else someone's taking, and what they're actually trying to do — none of which we know from a comment or an email. Anyone confidently giving you a number without knowing any of that is guessing, not advising.
What we'll do instead
Explain the mechanism. State the evidence tier honestly. Tell you what to actually ask a clinician who has your history in front of them — a real conversation, not a comment reply.
- No dosing protocols, anywhere on this site or on Instagram
- Every compound page states its evidence tier, not a suggested amount
- Storage and handling guidance is different from dosing guidance, and we'll happily go deep on the former
